Future Sporting Legend Graham Zusi wore this shirt during the 2015 season where he scored 2 goals and 7 assists in 27 appearances.
Coming off of a big year where he tallied 2 assists for the United States in the 2014 World Cup, Zusi helped lead SKC to the 2015 US Open Cup title.
He wore this shirt at some point in the 2015 MLS season and it has a bit of wear with an odd bobble or two.
These “windowpane” jerseys are not one of the more beloved designs since the Sporting Kansas City rebrand. They do have some interesting details, however, such as the “Founding Team” patch on the inside of the jersey beneath the crest. This can be found on any of Major League Soccer’s nine founding club’s shirts that launched in 2015.
The windowpanes, which actually make the jersey look more like graphing paper, are inspired by the Kansas-Missouri state line.
