Erik Thommy arrived in Kansas City this summer in an attempt to bolster a faltering Sporting Kansas City lineup.
Thommy, alongside with fellow newcomer Willy Agada, rejuvenated the floundering squad and pushed the club out of the race for the Wooden Spoon and nearly snuck into the MLS Playoffs.
Thommy came to Sporting Kansas City from the Bundesliga and had an incredible impact on the field for Vermes' side. He appeared in just 12 matches but added 3 goals and 2 assists and a ton of forward momentum to the attack.
The German international wore this shirt on September 17th, 2022 against Minnesota United. SKC dominated the Loons on the day, winning 4-1.
Thommy scored in the 41st minute and assisted on Willy Agada's goal in the 81st minute.
His shirt only has some light signs of wear and arrived already washed after the Victory Project auction.
One interesting note on this shirt is Thommy's signature. Most players sign beside or between the numbers, but Thommy appears to prefer to plant a big signature below the numbers.
